Logray was the chief medicine man and spiritual leader of the Ewok tribe on the forest moon of Endor. He held a significant position within the Bright Tree Village, advising Chief Chirpa and guiding the tribe's actions based on his interpretations of natural omens and spiritual beliefs.

Logray was known for his distinctive headdress adorned with feathers, bones, and various trinkets signifying his role and connection to the Ewok's animistic religion. He often performed rituals and ceremonies, communicating with the spirits and seeking guidance for the tribe's well-being.

Initially suspicious of the Rebels, Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa, Han Solo, Chewbacca, C-3PO and R2-D2, who arrived on Endor, Logray eventually recognized their potential to aid the Ewoks in their struggle against the Galactic Empire. He played a crucial role in uniting the Ewoks with the Rebel Alliance, contributing to the Battle of Endor and the ultimate defeat of the Empire's forces on the forest moon.
