Robert "Bob" Parr, better known as Mr. Incredible, is the protagonist of Disney Pixar's animated film, The Incredibles. He is a former superhero forced into hiding under the Superhero Relocation Program after a series of lawsuits stemming from collateral damage during his heroic activities.

Prior to his forced retirement, Mr. Incredible was renowned for his superhuman strength, durability, and limited invulnerability. He possessed the ability to lift incredible weights, withstand immense force, and leap great distances. His iconic red and black supersuit further enhanced his abilities and offered additional protection.

In civilian life, Bob struggles to adapt to the mundane existence of an insurance claims adjuster. He is married to Helen Parr (Elastigirl), another former superhero, and they have three children, Violet, Dash, and Jack-Jack, each with their own unique superpowers. Longing for his past glory, he secretly resumes superhero work, which ultimately draws his entire family into a new adventure.
