Biography:

Stephen Strange, M.D., Ph.D., is a brilliant but arrogant neurosurgeon. A devastating car accident severely damages his hands, rendering him unable to operate. Desperate for a cure, he seeks unconventional treatments, eventually finding his way to Kamar-Taj in Nepal.

There, he is trained in the mystic arts by the Ancient One, becoming the Sorcerer Supreme after her death. Strange masters spells, rituals, and utilizes mystical artifacts like the Eye of Agamotto, which contains the Time Stone. He dedicates himself to protecting Earth from interdimensional threats.

During Thanos' quest for the Infinity Stones, Strange, possessing the Time Stone, becomes a target. He engages Thanos in battle on Titan, witnessing millions of possible futures and ultimately surrendering the Time Stone in exchange for Tony Stark's life, believing it to be the only way to defeat Thanos in the long run. He is then a victim of the Decimation, vanishing with half of all life in the universe.
