Ickis is the central protagonist of the Nickelodeon animated series, Aaahh!!! Real Monsters, which aired from 1994 to 1997. He is a young, somewhat insecure monster attending monster school under the tutelage of The Gromble.

Visually, Ickis is characterized by his large, rabbit-like ears, small body, and hunched posture. He's covered in purple fur, adding to his distinctive and somewhat comical appearance.

Despite his efforts, Ickis is often portrayed as a clumsy and ineffective scarer. His oversized ears frequently get him into trouble, and he struggles to live up to the expectations of his father, who is a renowned and feared monster. He is best friends with Oblina and Krumm.

Ickis's primary goal is to improve his scaring abilities and prove himself as a worthy monster. Throughout the series, he learns valuable lessons about friendship, self-acceptance, and the true meaning of being a monster, often with humorous and surreal results.
