The Baratheon bannermen represent the noble houses sworn to House Baratheon of Storm's End, later King Robert Baratheon and his successors. These houses, primarily located in the Stormlands, formed a crucial part of the Baratheon military and political power base.

Notable Baratheon bannermen include House Estermont, whose sigil is a green sea turtle, and House Tarth, ruling the island of Tarth and known for their strategic control of shipping lanes. Lord Selwyn Tarth, and later his daughter Brienne, served House Baratheon. Also notable is House Connington, whose heir, Jon Connington, played a crucial role in Robert's Rebellion before being exiled by Aerys II Targaryen. Other key houses include House Dondarrion, particularly Lord Beric, a skilled warrior.

These houses provided soldiers, ships, and resources to the Baratheon cause, contributing significantly to Robert's victory in the rebellion and solidifying Baratheon rule. However, during the War of the Five Kings, loyalties fractured amongst these houses, leading to internal conflicts and shifting allegiances following Robert Baratheon's death.
