Gwen Stacy, better known as Ghost-Spider (formerly Spider-Gwen), is a superheroine from an alternate Marvel Universe (Earth-65). In her reality, she, not Peter Parker, was bitten by a radioactive spider, granting her arachnid-like abilities.

Gwen possesses superhuman strength, agility, and the ability to cling to surfaces. She also utilizes web-shooters invented by her universe's version of Peter Parker. Initially, her actions as Spider-Woman were met with distrust and fear, especially after Peter Parker's accidental death.

Haunted by Peter's death and operating outside the law, Gwen eventually gains acceptance and becomes a protector of her city. She battles various threats, including versions of familiar Spider-Man villains.

Ghost-Spider has become a popular character, appearing in animated series, video games, and live-action movies, often collaborating with other Spider-People from across the multiverse.
