Poison Domino is a character in the Marvel Comics universe, a symbiote-enhanced version of the mutant Domino (Neena Thurman). Her first appearance was in Venomverse: War Stories #1 (2017).

In an alternate reality ravaged by the Poisons, an alien race that seeks to assimilate hosts, Domino was captured and bonded with a Poison symbiote. This transformation twisted her powers and personality.

As Poison Domino, she retains Domino's mutant ability to manipulate probability, granting her superhuman luck. However, the Poison symbiote amplifies this power while also providing her with the typical symbiote enhancements: superhuman strength, speed, and durability. It also grants her the ability to shapeshift and generate weapons. Her skin turns a black and white marbled color.

Serving as a Poison operative, she fights against heroes resisting the Poison invasion. Due to the symbiote, she exhibits ruthless and aggressive behavior, a stark contrast to Domino's usual demeanor. She is a dangerous threat due to her enhanced mutant powers and the symbiote's capabilities.
