Carth rose through the ranks of the Republic Navy, becoming a skilled pilot and tactician. He served under Admiral Saul Karath during the Mandalorian Wars, witnessing firsthand the brutality of the conflict. He was instrumental in the Republic's war effort and was later stationed aboard the Republic cruiser Endar Spire when it was attacked by Darth Revan.
Following the destruction of the Endar Spire, Carth crash-landed on Taris alongside the amnesiac Jedi Knight, Revan. He became a trusted ally and friend to Revan, assisting in their quest to defeat Darth Malak and the Sith Empire. Known for his unwavering loyalty and adherence to the Republic, Carth often struggled with his trust issues and past trauma.
After the Jedi Civil War, Carth continued to serve the Republic, eventually rising to the rank of Admiral. He remained a steadfast defender of the galaxy and a close associate of Revan, working to ensure the stability of the Republic and fight any emerging threats.
