Biography:

Sam Wilson, better known as Falcon, is a prominent superhero in the Marvel Universe. He was created by writer Stan Lee and artist Gene Colan, debuting in Captain America #117 in 1969. Falcon holds the distinction of being one of the first African-American superheroes in mainstream comics.

Originally a Harlem native, Sam Wilson's life was tragically altered by the loss of his parents. He eventually became involved in criminal activities under the alias "Snap" Wilson. However, a chance encounter with Captain America on Exile Island drastically changed his path. Rogers, impressed by Wilson's natural leadership abilities and empathy, helped him embrace his heroic potential.

Through a combination of rigorous training and Stark-tech winged harness, Wilson became Falcon, a skilled aerial combatant and Cap's trusted partner. His powers include enhanced strength, speed, and agility, along with a telepathic link to his falcon companion, Redwing. Following Steve Rogers' temporary incapacitation, Wilson inherited the mantle of Captain America, demonstrating his worthiness to wield the shield and champion justice.
