Tommy Oliver is a fictional character in the Power Rangers franchise, best known as the Green Ranger from the original series, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Initially introduced as an antagonist brainwashed by Rita Repulsa, Tommy served as her powerful Green Ranger, wielding the Dragon Dagger and controlling the Dragonzord.

After the Power Rangers broke Rita's spell, Tommy joined their team. However, the Green Ranger powers were temporary and eventually depleted, forcing him to relinquish them.

Tommy later returned as the White Ranger, leader of the Power Rangers. He went on to become a Zeo Ranger, Turbo Ranger, and eventually a Black Dino Ranger in later series, showcasing his enduring legacy and morphing prowess within the Power Rangers universe. He is consistently portrayed as a skilled martial artist and leader.
