Space Ghost is a fictional superhero character created by Hanna-Barbera Productions in the 1960s. He debuted in the animated television series Space Ghost, which aired on CBS from 1966 to 1968.

In his original incarnation, Space Ghost is an intergalactic crime fighter who battles villains across the cosmos. He is equipped with a powerful suit and energy-based weapons, including power bands that emit various energy beams. His sidekicks are teenage twins Jan and Jace, and their pet monkey Blip.

The character gained renewed popularity in the 1990s with the talk show parody Space Ghost Coast to Coast on Cartoon Network. In this version, Space Ghost is portrayed as a sardonic and often inept talk show host, interviewing live-action celebrity guests from his desk in space.
