Biography:
King Valkyrie, also known as Valkyrie, is a powerful Asgardian warrior within the Marvel Universe. Originally named Brunnhilde, she served as the leader of the Valkyrior, a group of elite warrior goddesses who served Odin.
Her past is marked by tragedy. She witnessed the slaughter of her fellow Valkyrior at the hands of Hela, leading to a period of deep trauma and disillusionment. This led her to exile herself on Sakaar, where she became a scavenger known as Scrapper 142 and worked for the Grandmaster.
She eventually overcame her past and joined forces with Thor and Bruce Banner to defeat Hela and save Asgard. Following the near destruction of Asgard and the death of Odin, she became instrumental in establishing New Asgard on Earth.
In the aftermath of the Blip, Thor, recognizing her leadership qualities and valor, officially named her King of New Asgard. As King, she is responsible for protecting her people and leading them into a new era.
