Medusa, whose full name is Medusalith Amaquelin-Boltagon, is a prominent character in Marvel Comics, primarily associated with the Inhumans. She is the Queen of the Inhumans and wife of Black Bolt.

Born on the Inhuman island of Attilan, Medusa underwent Terrigenesis, a process that grants Inhumans their unique powers. Her exposure gave her control over her hair, allowing her to manipulate it with incredible strength, flexibility, and precision. She can mentally control every strand as if it were a limb, making it a potent weapon or tool.

Medusa has served as a voice and leader for the Inhumans, often communicating for her husband, Black Bolt, whose voice possesses destructive power. She has also been a member of the Fantastic Four and Heroes Reborn, sometimes alongside and sometimes in place of her sister Crystal.
