Kimimaro Kaguya was a member of the now-extinct Kaguya clan, known for their violent tendencies and unique Kekkei Genkai, Shikotsumyaku (Dead Bone Pulse). This ability allowed him to manipulate his skeletal structure, using his bones as weapons.

Orphaned at a young age after his clan was wiped out during a pointless battle, Kimimaro was discovered by Orochimaru, who recognized his immense potential. Orochimaru took him in and trained him, hoping to eventually use Kimimaro as a vessel to transfer his own soul. Kimimaro, desperate for purpose and connection, became fiercely loyal to Orochimaru, viewing him as a father figure.

However, Kimimaro contracted a terminal illness that left him bedridden and unable to serve as Orochimaru's primary body. Despite his weakening condition, he remained devoted to Orochimaru's cause.

He made his final stand against Gaara and Rock Lee during the Sasuke Retrieval Arc. Even in his weakened state, Kimimaro proved to be a formidable opponent, pushing both ninja to their limits before succumbing to his illness.
