Ōnoki, also known as Ōnoki of Both Scales, was the Third Tsuchikage of Iwagakure. He was a powerful and influential figure, known for his long tenure as Tsuchikage and his signature Dust Release Kekkei Tōta.
He was a student of the Second Tsuchikage, Mū, and fiercely protective of his village and its secrets. Ōnoki was initially portrayed as stubborn and cynical, clinging to traditional ninja values and harboring resentment towards other villages.
Despite his age and frail appearance, Ōnoki possessed immense strength and chakra reserves. His Dust Release technique, a combination of earth, fire, and wind, allowed him to disintegrate matter at a molecular level. He was a highly skilled and respected ninja master.
