The Attack Titan, often referred to as the Rogue Titan or Founding Titan (depending on the holder), is one of the Nine Titans in the anime and manga series, Attack on Titan. It possesses the unique ability to see memories of its future inheritors, a power that drastically impacts its actions and those who wield it. The Attack Titan prioritizes freedom and pushes against oppression, driven by the future memories it receives.

The Titan's physical characteristics include hardened fists and an aggressive, forward-leaning posture. Its appearance is roughly humanoid, with notable muscle definition. Throughout the series, several individuals have held the Attack Titan, most notably Eren Yeager. Each inheritor brings their own personality and interpretations to the Titan's inherent drive for freedom.

Grisha Yeager was the predecessor to Eren, and before him, Eren Kruger. Their actions as the Attack Titan have significantly shaped the events of the story, guided by the glimpses they receive of a predetermined future. This future-seeing ability makes the Attack Titan a powerful and unpredictable force within the narrative, influencing pivotal decisions and outcomes.
