Lightspeed, also known as Julie Power, is a fictional superhero appearing in Marvel Comics. She is a founding member of the Power Pack, a team of sibling superheroes.

Julie and her brothers, Alex, Jack, and Katie, were given their powers by a dying Kymellian alien named Aelfyre Whitemane. Aelfyre was escaping the Snarks, a reptilian alien race, who were after a formula to create a super-fuel source. The siblings gained their powers when Aelfyre transferred them the abilities before he died.

Lightspeed's specific power is the ability to fly at super-sonic speeds and generate an aura that allows her to transport herself and others to different dimensions. This aura also serves as a protective field. Unlike her siblings, Julie's costume is a star-shaped symbol that appears on her chest when she uses her powers.

Initially a young girl, Julie matured over time, and while Power Pack disbanded, she has continued to use her powers and has joined other superhero teams on occasion, including Loners and Excelsior. She often is seen juggling her responsibility for her siblings as they still sometimes require assistance and aid in their own adventures.
