Biography:
Jango Fett was a renowned Mandalorian bounty hunter, assassin, and mercenary. He was widely considered one of the most skilled warriors in the galaxy during the era of the Republic.
Born on Concord Dawn, Jango became embroiled in Mandalorian conflicts from a young age, honing his combat prowess. He was selected by Count Dooku to be the genetic template for the clone army of the Republic.
In exchange for serving as the template, Jango requested a significant payment and an unaltered clone for himself, which he named Boba Fett, raising him as his son and apprentice.
Jango was contracted by the Separatists to assassinate Senator Padmé Amidala, a task he delegated to other bounty hunters. His involvement led to a confrontation with Obi-Wan Kenobi on Kamino and later on Geonosis.
During the Battle of Geonosis, Jango Fett was killed by Mace Windu, severing his head in a single lightsaber strike. His legacy lived on through his son, Boba, and the clone troopers who served in the Clone Wars.
