Tatsumaki, also known as Tornado of Terror, is a powerful esper and a prominent S-Class Hero in the anime and manga series One-Punch Man. She holds the rank of number two, second only to Blast, though he is rarely available.

Tatsumaki possesses immense psychic abilities, capable of manipulating objects and generating powerful force fields with ease. Her power is often used for defense, protecting cities from monster attacks by redirecting or destroying incoming threats. She can lift massive structures and restrain formidable foes.

Despite her relatively short stature and youthful appearance, Tatsumaki is significantly older than she looks. Her personality is often characterized as arrogant, impatient, and condescending, particularly towards those she deems weaker than herself. However, she is fiercely protective of her younger sister, Fubuki, and exhibits a sense of responsibility towards her hero duties, albeit delivered with a harsh demeanor.

Driven by a traumatic past where she was experimented on due to her psychic abilities, Tatsumaki developed a distrust of organizations and a desire to protect others from similar experiences. This underlying fear fuels her need to be the strongest and control the situation to prevent further harm.
