Sarutobi Konohamaru is a character from the anime and manga series Naruto. He is introduced as a young child constantly seeking attention and recognition, often trying to surpass his grandfather, the Third Hokage.

Konohamaru comes from a prestigious lineage. He is the grandson of Hiruzen Sarutobi, the Third Hokage, and a member of the Sarutobi clan, known for their strength and loyalty to Konohagakure.

Initially envious of Naruto Uzumaki's ability to draw attention, Konohamaru becomes one of Naruto's closest friends and apprentices. Naruto teaches him the Rasengan and inspires him to dream of becoming Hokage himself.

Throughout the series, Konohamaru trains diligently, eventually becoming a skilled ninja in his own right. In Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, he serves as the Jonin leader of Team 7, guiding Boruto Uzumaki, Sarada Uchiha, and Mitsuki. He is dedicated to upholding the Will of Fire and protecting Konohagakure, carrying on the legacy of his grandfather and mentor.
