Killer Klowns are the extraterrestrial antagonists from the 1988 science fiction horror comedy film, Killer Klowns from Outer Space. They are a race of malevolent clowns who arrive on Earth in a circus tent-shaped spaceship with the intention of harvesting humans for sustenance.

Physically, Killer Klowns possess exaggerated clown-like features, including brightly colored skin, bulbous noses, and oversized smiles. They employ a variety of circus-themed weaponry to capture and kill their victims, such as popcorn rayguns that encase people in cotton candy cocoons, shadow puppets that enlarge and devour people, and acid pies.

The Klowns' seemingly jovial appearance belies their sinister nature. They are driven by a predatory instinct and exhibit a gleeful, almost childish, delight in their gruesome activities. Their weaknesses include their vulnerability to focused light, particularly shooting at their noses, which causes them to explode. The Klowns' popularity has extended beyond the original film, leading to appearances in various media, including video games and planned sequels that, as of 2024, remain unreleased.
