Tony Tony Chopper is a doctor and a member of the Straw Hat Pirates in the popular manga and anime series, One Piece. He is a reindeer who ate the Human-Human Fruit (Hito Hito no Mi), granting him human-like intelligence, abilities, and appearance.

Born with a blue nose, Chopper was ostracized by his herd. After being abandoned, he ate the Devil Fruit and gained the ability to transform into different forms, further isolating him. He was eventually taken in by Dr. Hiriluk, a quack doctor who taught him about medicine and instilled in him a deep sense of compassion.

Following Hiriluk's death, Chopper continued his medical studies under Dr. Kureha. He is highly skilled in medicine and pharmacology, able to create various remedies and diagnose illnesses. Despite his medical prowess, he remains naive and easily flattered, often behaving in a childlike manner.

Chopper joined the Straw Hat Pirates as their ship's doctor. He is driven by a desire to cure any disease and to find a remedy for all illnesses. He is a valuable asset to the crew, providing essential medical care and often acting as a scout due to his unique transformations.
