Superior Iron Man is an alternate version of Tony Stark from Marvel Comics, who emerged during the "AXIS" event in 2014. Affected by a gene-altering spell cast by Scarlet Witch, Stark's moral compass shifted, transforming him into a more ruthless and egotistical individual.
This new Stark eschewed his traditional principles in favor of a transhumanist philosophy, believing technology should transcend human limitations, regardless of ethical implications.
