Headsman, also known as Cleavon Twain, is a Marvel Comics supervillain. He operates primarily as an enemy of Ghost Rider, specifically Danny Ketch's iteration of the character.

Twain was originally a high school history teacher driven to madness by witnessing the horrors of war during his time in Vietnam. Suffering from intense post-traumatic stress, he became obsessed with executing those he deemed morally corrupt and harmful to society.

His signature weapon is a mystical axe imbued with dark magic. This axe grants him superhuman strength and durability, and most importantly, the ability to sever a person's connection to their soul, effectively killing them. He sees himself as a righteous executioner, delivering justice where the legal system fails.

Headsman's appearances are often tied to themes of morality, vengeance, and the psychological impact of war. Though a relatively obscure villain, he provides a formidable and disturbing challenge to Ghost Rider's sense of justice.
