The RX-0 Unicorn Gundam 03 Phenex is a mobile suit from the Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn anime series. It's the third unit in the RX-0 Unicorn series, developed by the Earth Federation Forces' Anaheim Electronics. Unlike the Unicorn and Banshee, the Phenex was not initially intended as a weapon.

Piloted initially during testing, the Phenex went missing during a psychoframe overload incident. It was presumed lost but reappeared later, acting autonomously. The Phenex possesses a unique golden coating on its armor and utilizes Armed Armor DE shields mounted on its back.

Its role within the narrative is complex. Unlike its sibling units which often represent destruction and transformation, the Phenex is often portrayed as a guardian or protector, acting according to its own mysterious will and guided by the lingering thoughts of its initial pilot. It appears primarily in the later episodes of Gundam Unicorn and the film Narrative.
