Crocodile, formerly known as Sir Crocodile, is a prominent antagonist in the One Piece manga and anime series created by Eiichiro Oda. He is the former president of the criminal syndicate Baroque Works, operating under the code name "Mr. 0." His ambition centers around acquiring the ancient weapon Pluton and establishing a military nation in Alabasta.

Possessing the Suna Suna no Mi, a Logia-type Devil Fruit, Crocodile controls sand, granting him abilities such as creating sandstorms, quicksand, and dehydrating living organisms. He is a formidable opponent with immense physical strength and strategic intellect.

Crocodile was once a powerful pirate, harboring dreams of becoming King of the Pirates, but those ambitions were seemingly thwarted at some point in his past. He clashed with Monkey D. Luffy in Alabasta, ultimately being defeated and imprisoned in Impel Down. His backstory remains partially shrouded in mystery, with implications of a connection to Emporio Ivankov and a potential former identity as a woman circulating within the fanbase.
