He possesses the Ito Ito no Mi (String-String Fruit), a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to create and manipulate strings. He's known for his ruthless ambition, sadistic nature, and unparalleled charisma. His reign of terror is ultimately brought to an end by Monkey D. Luffy.
