Circle-masked guards are the lowest rank, tasked with basic duties like cleaning and serving food. Triangle-masked guards are armed and responsible for security and controlling the contestants. Square-masked guards are supervisors, overseeing the other guards and reporting to the Front Man.

They are ruthlessly efficient in eliminating rule-breakers, demonstrating unwavering obedience to the game's organizers. Their origins and motivations remain largely mysterious, although the show hints at them possibly being individuals heavily in debt recruited into the organization.
