Rogue, also known as Anna Marie LeBeau (née Rankin), is a prominent character in Marvel Comics, primarily associated with the X-Men. She is a mutant possessing the power to absorb the abilities, memories, and life force of others through skin-to-skin contact.
This power initially manifested uncontrollably, permanently preventing her from physically touching anyone without absorbing them. This created significant emotional and social isolation for Rogue.
