Mark Mardon, better known as the Weather Wizard, is a prominent villain in the DC Comics universe, primarily recognized as a recurring foe of the Flash. He first appeared in The Flash #110 in 1959.

Mardon is not inherently superhuman. He gained his weather-manipulating abilities through a stolen wand invented by his scientist brother, Clyde Mardon, who was murdered shortly after its creation. This wand allows him to control the weather, creating storms, generating lightning, summoning winds, and manipulating temperature.

Driven by a thirst for power and vengeance for his brother's death, Mardon often uses his abilities for criminal activities and to antagonize the Flash. He is a founding member of the Rogues, a notorious group of Flash's enemies who operate by a code of honor, more or less, amongst themselves.

Over the years, the Weather Wizard's powers have evolved, sometimes granting him the ability to generate weather phenomena without the use of his wand. He remains a persistent threat due to his potent abilities and cunning, consistently challenging the Flash's speed and intellect.
