Charles "Chuck" Brown, better known as Kite Man, is a fictional character appearing in DC Comics, primarily associated with Batman. He debuted in Batman #133 in 1960.
Initially, Kite Man was a fairly unremarkable, if persistent, low-level criminal who used various kites to commit crimes. He possessed no superpowers, relying solely on his kiting skills and ingenuity.
The character remained largely obscure for decades. However, Kite Man experienced a significant resurgence in popularity, particularly within the context of Tom King's run on the Batman comic book series (2016-2019).
