Roronoa Zoro, often simply called Zoro, is a prominent character in the popular anime and manga series One Piece, created by Eiichiro Oda.
He is a swordsman and one of the first members to join the Straw Hat Pirates, pledging loyalty to their captain, Monkey D. Luffy. Zoro aspires to become the world's greatest swordsman.
