Dargo

899A
Year:
2016
Theme:
DC
Biography:
Killer Moth, created by Bill Finger and Dick Sprang, first appeared in Batman #63 (1951). His civilian identity is Drury Walker.
Conceived as a direct counterpart to Batman, Killer Moth aids criminals by providing them with Moth-Signal technology, a Mothmobile, and a Mothcave (a mirrored version of the Batcave). He offers protection and tactical assistance in exchange for a share of their loot.
Originally a flamboyant criminal, Killer Moth has undergone various transformations throughout his comic book history. One notable shift saw him mutate into a monstrous, moth-like creature, becoming more of a physical threat than a strategic mastermind.
Despite his sometimes-campy portrayal, Killer Moth remains a recurring villain in the Batman mythos, often serving as a low-level threat or comedic foil. He has also appeared in animated series, such as Teen Titans, cementing his place in DC Comics lore.
