Emil Blonsky, known as the Abomination, is a formidable antagonist in the Marvel universe. He was originally a KGB agent consumed by ambition.
Blonsky deliberately exposed himself to a dose of gamma radiation similar to that which transformed Bruce Banner into the Hulk. However, his transformation resulted in a permanent, reptilian-like monstrosity far more powerful than the Hulk.
Unlike the Hulk, Blonsky retains his intellect and control in his transformed state, making him a cunning and dangerous foe. His increased strength, speed, and durability make him a significant threat.
Fueled by jealousy and a desire to surpass the Hulk, the Abomination has clashed with him numerous times. Their battles are often devastating, resulting in widespread destruction.
