Biography:

Peter Quill, also known as Star-Lord, is a prominent character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Born in 1980 to Meredith Quill and Ego, a Celestial being, Peter was abducted from Earth by Yondu Udonta's Ravagers shortly after his mother's death in 1988.

Raised among the Ravagers, Quill developed skills in combat, thievery, and piloting. He embraced the Star-Lord moniker and worked as an intergalactic mercenary, often at odds with Yondu. Quill's life takes a pivotal turn when he retrieves the Orb, unaware of its containment of the Power Stone.

This event brings him into contact with Gamora, Drax, Rocket, and Groot, who collectively form the Guardians of the Galaxy. He becomes their leader, guiding them through numerous dangerous missions to protect the galaxy, including facing Ego and Thanos.
