Jubilee, whose full name is Jubilation Lee, is a mutant character appearing in Marvel Comics. She was created by writer Chris Claremont and artist Marc Silvestri, first appearing in Uncanny X-Men #244 in 1989.

Jubilee is notable for her ability to generate "fireworks" from her fingertips, which are actually psionic energy plasmoids that she can control and manipulate. These energies can create dazzling light displays, and with enough concentration, can be destructive.

Initially portrayed as a teenage delinquent and mall rat who becomes a ward of the X-Men, Jubilee evolved into a key member of the team, often serving as a younger perspective and surrogate daughter figure to Wolverine. Her bubbly personality and optimism often provide a counterpoint to the darker themes within the X-Men universe.

Over the years, Jubilee's powers and role have varied. She briefly lost her mutant abilities after the events of "House of M" and became a vampire for a time. She was later restored and eventually regained her mutant powers. She is a recognizable and popular figure among X-Men fans.
