Biography:

Matthew Murdock, born and raised in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of New York City, is a fictional character appearing in Marvel Comics. Blinded as a child during an accident saving a pedestrian from a speeding truck, the radioactive substance that caused his blindness heightened his remaining senses to superhuman levels.

His heightened senses, including an acute radar sense that allows him to "see" his surroundings, combined with extensive martial arts training under the tutelage of Stick, made him a formidable fighter.

Murdock operates as a lawyer by day, dedicating himself to helping the downtrodden through legal channels. By night, he assumes the identity of the costumed vigilante Daredevil, patrolling the streets of Hell's Kitchen and fighting crime outside the constraints of the legal system.

Daredevil's adventures often involve battles against organized crime, including his arch-nemesis Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin. He grapples with the moral implications of his actions and the challenges of maintaining a dual identity.
