Waylon Jones, better known as Killer Croc, is a formidable Batman villain characterized by a severe case of regressive atavism, a genetic condition causing him to develop reptilian features. In Arkham City, he is held captive within a subterranean section of the super-prison, residing in its flooded sewers.
