Roy William Harper Jr., known as Arsenal (initially Speedy and later Red Arrow), is a fictional character in The CW's Arrowverse, primarily appearing in the television series Arrow. Adopted by Oliver Queen's father, Robert, after his own father's death, Roy grew up in the Glades, a crime-ridden area of Starling City.

Roy initially encountered and idolized the Arrow, becoming involved in his vigilante activities. His life took a dramatic turn when he was injected with Mirakuru, a super-soldier serum, which granted him enhanced strength and aggression. This forced Oliver to take him under his wing, training him as his protégé.

Throughout his time as a vigilante, Roy struggled with the Mirakuru's side effects and faced numerous personal challenges. He eventually faked his own death to protect Oliver and the rest of Team Arrow. After a period in hiding, he returned to Starling City (later Star City) to aid his former allies and eventually left again, seeking a new life and further mastering his skills. He eventually returns and marries Thea Queen (Speedy) and the two leave Star City to destroy Lazarus Pits around the world.
