Biography:
Roy Harper, portrayed by Colton Haynes, is a key character in the CW's Arrowverse, primarily featured in the series Arrow.
Introduced as a street criminal in Starling City, Roy's life changes when he encounters Oliver Queen (Green Arrow). Initially drawn to Thea Queen, Oliver's sister, Roy becomes fiercely protective of her.
