Louie is a fictional orangutan character created by Disney, most famously appearing in the 1967 animated film The Jungle Book. He is the self-proclaimed king of the Bandar-log, a boisterous and mischievous group of monkeys living in the ruins of an ancient temple.
Louie desires to be human and desperately wants to learn the secret of fire.
