Johnny Storm, better known as the Human Torch, is a prominent member of Marvel Comics' Fantastic Four. He gained his powers after being bombarded by cosmic rays during an unauthorized space mission with his sister Susan Storm, her boyfriend Reed Richards, and pilot Ben Grimm.
These rays granted Johnny the ability to engulf his body in flames, fly at high speeds, and project fire. He can control the intensity of his flames, ranging from a simple flicker to a supernova-like burst. His signature catchphrase is "Flame on!", used to activate his full power.
Initially portrayed as a hot-headed and impulsive teenager, Johnny has matured over the years, becoming a seasoned superhero and valuable member of the Fantastic Four. He's also developed strong relationships with other Marvel heroes, notably Spider-Man, with whom he shares a friendly rivalry. Although sometimes reckless, Johnny is fiercely loyal to his family and friends, consistently putting himself in harm's way to protect them.
