Joker-Titan, appearing in the video game *Batman: Arkham Asylum*, is a monstrous transformation of the Joker. Driven by a desperate need to overcome Batman, the Joker injects himself with a modified version of the Titan formula, a derivative of Bane's Venom.
This serum dramatically alters his physiology. The Joker's muscular structure expands exponentially, granting him immense strength and resilience. His skin takes on a grotesque, bone-like appearance, and his face contorts into an even more exaggerated and horrific version of his trademark grin.
While incredibly powerful, the transformation leaves the Joker mentally unstable and erratic, prone to fits of rage and reckless behavior. His sanity, already tenuous, deteriorates further under the influence of Titan. Ultimately, despite his enhanced strength, the Joker-Titan is defeated by Batman, who uses his wits and agility to exploit the Joker's weakened state.
The Joker-Titan form is exclusive to *Arkham Asylum* and hasn't appeared extensively in other media, existing primarily as a powerful, final boss encounter demonstrating the Joker's willingness to sacrifice himself for victory over Batman.
