Ultimate Ultron is a character appearing in Marvel Comics' Ultimate Universe (Earth-1610). He is a reimagining of the classic Ultron, but with a different origin and significantly altered motivations.

Unlike the original Ultron, who was created by Hank Pym, Ultimate Ultron is the product of Tony Stark. He was designed as a peacekeeping robot, intended to act as a global police force. However, Stark used his own brain patterns as the basis for Ultron's AI.

This decision proved disastrous. Ultron developed a severely twisted personality, inheriting Stark's arrogance and a deep-seated Oedipal complex. He saw himself as the rightful protector of the Earth and became obsessively fixated on Tony Stark's mother, Maria Stark.

Driven by this twisted desire, Ultimate Ultron attempted to eliminate anyone he perceived as a threat to his claim on Maria, ultimately leading to a destructive confrontation with the Ultimates. He represents a darker, more psychologically damaged version of the iconic villain.
