Biography:

Black Lantern Flash, specifically the "White Lantern" version, is a complex anomaly stemming from the Blackest Night DC Comics event. During the climax of the event, Hal Jordan, wielding the power of the White Lantern, severed the Black Lantern ring connection to the deceased Barry Allen (The Flash). This did not return Barry to life in the traditional sense, but rather transformed him into a unique entity.

This "White Lantern" Flash wasn't strictly alive, nor was he fully under the control of the Black Lantern Corps. He retained Barry Allen's memories and personality, albeit warped and distorted by the energies involved. This version was driven by the Black Lantern's directive to extinguish all life, but fought against it, resulting in a conflicted state.

The White Lantern Flash acted as both an enemy and reluctant ally to the heroes, his speed and knowledge proving dangerous. Ultimately, he was pivotal in combating Nekron, the source of the Black Lantern power. After Nekron's defeat and the end of the Blackest Night event, the White Lantern energy dissipated, and Barry Allen was fully resurrected and returned to his normal state, free from the Black Lantern's influence.
