Deathstroke the Terminator, also known as Slade Wilson, is a prominent DC Comics supervillain and antihero. Created by Marv Wolfman and George Pérez, he first appeared in The New Teen Titans #2 in 1980.

Slade Wilson was a soldier who volunteered for an experimental military program designed to enhance his abilities. The experiment granted him superhuman strength, speed, agility, and intelligence, as well as an accelerated healing factor. However, it also affected his mental state.

After leaving the military, Wilson became a mercenary assassin known as Deathstroke. He often comes into conflict with the Teen Titans, particularly Dick Grayson (Nightwing), who has a deep-seated animosity toward him. He has also battled other DC heroes, including Batman and the Justice League.

Deathstroke is a master strategist, tactician, and marksman. He wields a variety of weapons, including a power staff, swords, and firearms. Despite his villainous actions, Deathstroke is sometimes portrayed as having a code of honor, and his motivations are often driven by a twisted sense of duty and family.
