Slade Wilson, known as Deathstroke, is a prominent character in The CW's Arrowverse, primarily featured in the series Arrow. A former Australian Secret Intelligence Service (ASIS) operative, Slade partnered with Oliver Queen on Lian Yu after the Queen's Gambit shipwreck.
Initially a mentor and friend to Oliver, their relationship fractured due to Slade's obsession with Shado, believing Oliver responsible for her death. Mirakuru, a super-soldier serum, amplified Slade's physical abilities and fueled his paranoia and vengeance.
As Deathstroke, Slade became a formidable adversary to Oliver and Team Arrow, launching a campaign to destroy Starling City. He possessed enhanced strength, speed, agility, and a regenerative healing factor. He was also a master strategist, tactician, and martial artist.
Throughout the series, Slade's character arc evolved. He received treatment to negate Mirakuru's influence and, at times, even allied with Oliver against common enemies. His complex past and evolving motivations made him a significant and morally ambiguous figure in the Arrowverse.
